Vacation Rental Description

luxurious Ko Olina Golf Resort & Marina. This second-floor 3-
bedroom, 2-bath corner condo “villa” offers privacy as one of the 
few units complete with Ocean Views from the lanai, living room and 
master bedroom. Enjoy cool tradewinds in a paradise resort home 
instead of a hotel. Park your car in the garage out of the sun.

The kitchen has an open, airy feeling with new appliances and Corian 
countertop, fully equipped with cookware, dishes, etc. Furnished in 
a tropical contemporary décor, this home is perfect for the 
vacationer or the business person. The living room has a very 
comfortable Rowe chenille chair and matching sofa with built-in air 
mattress. Mahoghany armoire has 30" wide screen flat cable TV. The 
dining room seats 6 comfortably. The master suite has a beautiful 
imported mahoghany bedroom set with King bed and LCD flat screen TV. 
There are two closets, including a large walk-in closet. The private 
master bath has double sinks and bathtub with shower.  

The second bedroom has a Queen bed and shares a bath with the third 
bedroom/office complete with desk and comfortable spring mattress
futon which sleeps two comfortably. This room is perfect for those 
who want to view the golf course while working or writing postcards 
at the desk.

Vacation Rental Rates

$4800 to $6500 per Month

$4800 Low Season - April, May, September, October, November
$6000 Mid Season - June to August
$6000 High Season - December to March
$6500 Holiday Rate - Mid-December to Mid-January

Holiday rates may be slightly higher. 

NOTE: 30-day minimum required due to Association regulations. 
However, you may find that reserving a month with us less expensive 
than a resort or hotel rooms to accommodate a large family or share 
the month with friends or family members. 

Deposits and Fees: 

50% non-refundable deposit is due within ten (10) days. 
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. 
Departure cleaning fee applied.
11.962% taxes added. 
$1000 (USD) refundable Security Deposit required. 

Payment options: Travelers Check, cashiers/registered check, 
personal check, money order, Credit Cards (3% fee).
