amenity. Unit is light, spacious and contemporary!
Condo has a unique, gorgeous full length view of the beautiful pool
and lush private tropical setting with beautifully manicured grounds.
While being a wonderful small, private condo complex(20 units),it is
within walking distance to many restaurants & activities. Just
minutes drive to Ft. Lauderdale to the south and Boca Raton to the
north. Maid service provide w/rental. Manager on property, who speaks
English, French and German. All staff are extremely friendly!!

Gorgeous pool and sundeck area w/lot's of lounge chairs & umbrella
tables, and a covered activity area with table & chairs for dining
outside.
Setting is private, tropical and lush. Complex has 2 BBQ gas grills
and shuffle board. The grounds are beautifully lit at night to enjoy
dining and activities around the pool.
Just steps to the beach to the east & steps to the busy intercoastal
waterway to the west, where you can sit and watch the yachts, fishing
boats and pleasure boats navigate the waterway.
