Vacation Rental Description

In GORDES, "La Tour des Beaumes" is an Historic Tower from the 19th  
Century that fels suspended above the beautiful Luberon Valley.  
Enclose by Typical Gordes stone old walls, the 2000 m2 grounds that  
surround the "Tower", keep it very quiet and pleasantly secluded. 
The Tower offers a "Orangerie", which is a nice Winter garden, a  
small kitchen, a bathroom with bath and one WC, a bedroom with a  
king size bed (1m40 x 2m), a dressing room and another WC. 
Ground floor : garden, swimming pool, pool house, orangerie,  
kithchen, bath room and Toilets. 
First Floor : Bedroom for 2 adults only with kingsize bed(1m40 x 2  
m), and the dressing room and another Toilets. 
The communication between the 2 levels of the Historic Tower is  
through an outside terrace and old stone stairs.  
In the middle of the old Provencal garden, with lots of shady trees  
is the Pool house and the swimming pool (6 m X 6m ), terraces, and a  
very nice old box-tree garden "à la française". 
This Tower will give you calm and a splendid southern Panoramic view  
facing the Luberon Mountain and its Villages. 
Walking distance to the Castle and the Historic center of Gordes,  
with lots of restaurants, Shops, and nice Provençal Market. 
The "Abbaye de Sénanque" from 12th century is at 3 kilometers from  
here. This "Tour des Beaumes" is the perfect Spot to enjoy, rest and  
devour the beauty of this part of Provence. 
Gordes was the Village that inspired many very famous artists and  
painters in Provence since 1947, because its awesome beauty. Gordes  
is selected as one of the most beautiful hill-top villages in  
France. Gordes is really the heart of this enchanted corner of this  
famous Provence. You will find here everything that you had read in  
the book : "A year in provence"..., the lavenders, the daily  
markets, hill-top villages, local produces, wineyards, sunflowers,  
outstanding food and wines, vegetables, fruits, and the sensational  
light that brought so many artists, painters, photographs and poets  
here in Provence. 
Ménerbes, Roussillon, Joucas, Oppède le Vieux, Bonnieux, Lacoste,  
Lourmarin, Murs, Isle sur la Sorgue, are some of the nice villages  
around Gordes, that needs to be visited also during your stay here. 
Avignon, Aix en provence, Orange, Arles, Nimes, Marseille, Cassis,  
are bigger Town that are beautiful around here, with there Museums,  
Summer Theater and Music Festival.
