Vacation Rental Description

This condo offers beautiful views of both the beach and the mangroves.
Located in Uaymitun across the street from the Flamingo view point Palapa.
Excellent ventilation in all areas of the unit. Very comfortable
furniture and excellent maintenance. Flamingos offers the same
ammenities of a full sized car in a more compact unit... So forget
about house chores, just come and relax here...
Fully equiped. Gas stove, fridge and freezer, microwave.
TV, DVD, Cd player.
Water heater.

Public transportation that goes by right behind the complex every 20
minutes towards Chicxulub, Progreso and Mérida. However, having a car
would be more comfortable.
The locals at Chicxulub are very friendly and you can find there most
of the services: laundry, telephone, internet, market (meat,
seafood, veggies, etc), video store, etc.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished.
3 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, AC and ensuite bathroom.
the 2 back rooms have 2 twin beds each as well as balconys with great
views of the mangroves and flamingos.
2 full bathrooms.
1 balcony in the front.
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee
maker, cooking and serving utensils, dishes, silverware, etc.
Pool and beach furniture downstairs.
Hammock, blankets, towels.
TV, DVD, CD player.

Activities and Attractions

Exotic birdwatching viewpoint right behind the condo.
In the area:
Sailing lessons in a beach club in the area.
Fishing can be arranged in Chicxulub with the local fishermen.
Mayan ruins.
18 hole golf court near by.

Vacation Rental Rates

September - June $340 USD per week or $950 USD per month
December 15th till January 5th $480 USD per week.
July and August - US $3,000 per month
Holy and Easter - US $800 each week

Prices are subject to change without previous notice.
Security Deposit: 300 usd
Minimum rental period 1 week.
