Come to the spectacularly beautiful Bear Lake Valley located on
the Eastern Utah/Idaho border. A brief 2-1/2 hour drive from the
Salt Lake metropolitan area. Remotely situated on a 1-1/2 acre
BEACH FRONT (property line is 20 feet from high water mark) property
on the East shore, we have a fabulous 7000 plus
square foot log home available to rent. It is an ideal location for
family vacations, scrap booking weekends, executive meetings, ladies
retreats, family reunions, book clubs, gourmet dinner groups,
quick and quiet time alone and pure relaxation.

In the loft area there are two large bedrooms, the north

On the Main Floor, the master bedroom 1 king bed, and a
bathroom
The Rooster room has 1 queen, and a private sink
On the Lower level, the boys bunk room has 6 twin beds
The girls bunk room has 4 full beds and 2 twin beds
5 bathrooms are in the cabin (one in loft area, two on main floor
and two on lower level)

Please bring your own beach towels and paper products.

The State Park on the North Shore (3 miles north of the cabin)has a
boat ramp that is usable.
There is usually a tractor for hire that will launch your boat. Jet
ski and boat rentals are available at the North Beach.
There is also a boat launch at the State Marina in Garden City. (A
30 minute drive).
I have the name of a Photographer if you are interested in family
photos. You will need to schedule ahead of time.
There are several websites that can give you more information about
Bear Lake and the surrounding areas.
Please note: NO PETS, no dogs, no horses, no gerbils, no elephants,
etc.

$6000. plus  8% Idaho TAX

Arrival Monday 6 pm- Depart Monday 8:00 am

Mondays from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM are cleaning/maintenence days. Check-in on
Mondays is 6:00 PM.
$1500 deposit due upon booking
Refundable security deposit ($500)due 14 days before arrival.

Remaining rental fee due 14 days before arrival.

No smoking/No animals (Evidence of pets will forfeit ENTIRE security
deposit)
Maximum of 25 guests day and night due to water limitations.
