Vacation Rental Description

Come to the spectacularly beautiful Bear Lake Valley located on 
the Eastern Utah/Idaho border.  A brief 2-1/2 hour drive from the 
Salt Lake metropolitan area. Remotely situated on a 1-1/2 acre 
BEACH FRONT (property line is 20 feet from high water mark) property 
on the East shore, we have a fabulous 7000 plus
square foot log home available to rent.  It is an ideal location for 
family vacations, scrap booking weekends, executive meetings, ladies 
retreats, family reunions, book clubs, gourmet dinner groups, 
quick and quiet time alone and pure relaxation.

Activities and Attractions

Summertime activities at Bear Lake include:
boating, fishing, swimming, biking, hiking, caving, horse-back 
riding.
The boat launch is 3 miles north at the North Beach.
The State Park on the North Shore has a boat ramp that is usable. 
There is also a tractor for hire that will launch your boat. The are 
also jet ski rentals at the North Beach.
There is also a boat launch at the State Marina in Garden City. (A 
30 minute drive)
I also have the name of a Photographer if you are interested in family photos. You will need to schedule ahead 
of time.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer 2008
January 15, 2008 I will begin taking reservations for 7 night, 6 night and 5 night rentals 
for the Summer 2008.

Weekly rentals 
7 nights $5600
Monday 5:00 PM- Monday 10:00 AM

6 nights for $4800.

5 nights for $4000.

March 15, 2007 I will begin taking reservations for 4 night and 3 night
rentals.
4 nights for $3600

3 nights for $3000.


$1500 deposit due upon booking
Refundable security deposit ($500)due 14 days before arrival.
(This season cleaning fee is included in the rental price).
Remaining rental fee due 14 days before arrival. 

Please be aware that this property is currently for sale.
It is available for $2.1 million. 

No smoking/No animals
Maximum of 23 guests day and night due to water limitations.
