Come to the spectacularly beautiful Bear Lake Valley located on the Eastern Utah/Idaho border. A brief 2-1/2 hour drive from the Salt Lake metropolitan area.

Remotely situated on a 1-1/2 acre BEACH FRONT property on the East shore, we have a fabulous and spacious 7000 plus square foot log home available to rent. It is an ideal location for family vacations and other large gatherings.

There is plenty of space for several activities at the same time.  The teens can play table tennis downstairs, smaller children can play on the climbing wall, Grandma can have an afternoon nap while your budding young chef is whipping up something delightful in the dream kitchen. The college kids will want to take a "steam" in the steam room and the studious can read in the loft nook. Don't forget the film buffs, the theater awaits the latest viewing. Oh,  and did I mention the beach. . . 

The beach on the East side of Bear Lake is sandy and perfect for children. The beach decline is very gradual offering a lot of fun water play. The East side is less crowded and congested on both the water and on land. The East side also offers breath taking sunsets not seen on the west side of Bear Lake. And then there is the romantic walk on the beach in the moonlight.

In the loft area there are two large bedrooms, the north
bedroom has 1 queen bed,1 king bed, and 1 twin bed.
The south bedroom has 2 queens beds,and 1 twin bed
On the Main Floor, the master bedroom 1 king bed, and a
bathroom
The Rooster room has 1 queen, and a private sink
On the Lower level, the boys bunk room has 6 twin beds
The girls bunk room has 4 full beds and 2 twin beds

Please bring your own beach towels and paper products (paper towels, paper plates, cups etc.) Cabin will provide TP.

The State Park on the North Shore (3 miles north of the cabin) has a
boat ramp that is usable.

There is usually a tractor for hire that will launch your boat.

Jet ski and boat rentals are available at the North Beach.

There is also a boat launch at the State Marina in Garden City. (A
30 minute drive).

There are several websites that can give you more information about
Bear Lake and the surrounding areas.

Please note: NO PETS, no dogs, no horses, no gerbils, no elephants,
etc.  But you can view and enjoy the abundant wildlife!!!

Weekly rentals 

$6000. plus  8% Idaho TAX

Arrival Monday 5 pm- Depart Monday 9:00 am

6 and 5 night rentals

6 nights is $5500 plus 8% tax

5 nights is $5000 plus 8% tax

Mondays from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM are cleaning/maintenance days.

Check-in on Mondays is 5:00 PM

$2000 deposit due upon booking
Refundable security deposit ($500) due 14 days before arrival.

Remaining rental fee due 14 days before arrival.
 
No smoking/No animals (Evidence of pets will forfeit ENTIRE security
deposit)
Maximum of 25 guests day and night due to water limitations.
Please note Idaho State requires that I collect 8% sales tax.
