Lake Travis Waterfront House with Boat Dock--Sleeps 10 in Lake Travis

Lake Travis Water Ski House is a private Waterfront house with Boat
Dock located on Lake Travis where the Colorado & Pedernales River
merge into Lake Travis in the Naumann Point Area near Mile Marker 36
on Lake Travis. Large 1 Acre Lot in a quiet, family friendly area
with some of the best water skiing area on the lake. The house has
3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms and will sleep up to 10 people. The
Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed with bathroom and the 2nd Bedroom
has a Queen Size Bed and the 3rd Bedroom has 2 Sets of Bunk Beds and
there is a bathroom in between the bedrooms and the living room has
a Sleeper Sofa. There is a Living Room and Dining Room with views
of the lake. The Living Room has a TV/VCR/DVD with Satellite Cable
and the Master Bedroom has a TV with Satellite Cable. Computer Desk
with Monitor & Keyboard (computer not included). There is a Game
Room off of the Living Room with a Poker Table and assortment of
board games. ALL NEW MATTRESES & NEW CARPET IN 2007.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all needed cooking and eating
utensils and stove/oven, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
coffee maker, and
microwave. There is a large deck overlooking the lake with a patio
set and propane gas grill and down closer to the lake is another
deck with patio. There is a private Boat Dock for our guests use as
well and the boat launch is about 15 minutes away from the house.
There is a Washer/Dryer at the house for guests' use. We provide all
Towels, Linens, Paper Products,Trash Bags, and Dish
Detergent.

Rates are Per Night--6% State Room Tax will be added to these rates.

$50.00 Damage Deposit Insurance Fee & $25.00 Reservation Fee is
charged with reservation.

2 Night Minimum (3 Nights on Holiday Weekends)

We provide all towels, linens, paper products, trash bags, & dish
detergent. Cleaning Fee is Included with rates.

Half the total amount of the reservation is due when reservation is
made. Final Half is due 14 days prior to arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A $50.00 Cancellation Fee is charged if you cancel once a
reservation is made. If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is
given then the Full amount of reservation will be charged. If you
leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged for the Full
amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone
(person to person). No voice mails or e-mails will be accepted for
cancellations.
