Vacation Rental Description

Our condo unit is a 2Bedroom/2Bath + Loft which sleeps 8 people.  We 
offer a comfortable and cozy living room with wood burning 
fireplace, vaulted ceiling with a skylight. A queen size bed in each 
room,two twin beds in the loft, and a sleeper sofa in the living 
room.  The unit also includes two full bathrooms plus a fully-
equipped kitchen with counter bar, 
color/cable 2 TV's, DVD VCR, and awesome mountain views of Peak One 
and Mount Royal.   Linens, and cooking utensils are provided as well 
and coin operated laundry machines are at the clubhouse! 

Vacation Rental Amenities

At Mountain Side, the clubhouse has the best facilities in town for 
the enjoyment of our guests. Relax, after an exhausting day of 
skiing or hiking, soak your sore body in the hot tub, there are four 
at the clubhouse, jump in the large indoor heated pool, or get in 
the sauna or steam room and leave there the stress of the day. You 
can also invite your spouse or kids for a tennis or racquet ball 
game. 
Mountain Side lake is a private lake with a beautiful view looking 
toward the mountains. Enjoy the view or try your luck at fishing.  

Activities and Attractions

Summer is a great time to visit Frisco and stay in our condo. The 
great weather and majestic sight of the mountains will make you want 
to come back each year.
Do you like fishing? What about a day of fly fishing, or go biking 
with the family on more than 50 miles of paved bike paths (the condo 
is only one block away from the bike path). Perhaps take the Stage 
to Copper Mountain for a downhill bike ride back to Frisco along 
meandering streams and pine forests! 
Other activities include canoeing, hiking, rafting, sailing at Lake 
Dillon is always a great choice, and for the golfers, we also have 
something for you too. We want your visit with us in Frisco to be an 
unforgettable vacation, so come, bring your family and have lots of 
fun and adventure!
We are conveniently located to the major ski areas such as Copper 
Mountain-7 minutes, Breckenridge-10 minutes, Keystone and Arapahoe 
Basin-15 minutes and 25 minutes east of Vail.
