Snow Birds rates For Monthly winter stays are $1,350.00

1. Saturday to Saturday is considered a weekly rental
2. Weekly stays may be required during peak seasons
3. A deposit is required to confirm a Reservation
4. A minium of 3 nights stay required.
5. Age requirements: you must be 25 years or older unless accompanied
by a parent or guardian.

6. Base rates do not include the one time cleaning fee of $60.00 and 11% tax.

7. a confirmation deposit of 300.00 is required to confirm your reservation and the 300.00 is deducted from your total.
