The Sundance Retreat is 1.7 miles from Historical downtown Nevada City home to the 1849 gold rush and silver mines. Art galleries, shopping, nice restaurants await you in the downtown area. There is plenty to do if you are looking for recreation: from wine tasting and spas to bicycling, nature walks
and exploring a piece of California history.

A kitchen where you’ll feel at home
The open kitchen has everything you need and plenty of room to cook a family meal or for friends and families to cook together. Four barstools are set at the kitchen counter inviting friends and family to have conversation with the cook. Gather around the dining table for a big meal with 10 or more
people.

Step out onto the deck as it rolls into the backyard taking you closer to the trees for a tree house effect. At night, the trees point skyward where you will see the most amazing star show this area has to offer.

$1300 week - 10% Discount with one week or more stay, $95 cleaning fee, less than a week; $120 cleaning fee for more than six people and/or 1 week stay, 10% Nevada City occupancy tax
