Front unit, 2-story  with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. There is a  jack-and-jill bathroom (includes shower and tub) and a private bathroom upstairs. The private bathroom downstairs includes a shower.  There is white tile in the downstairs living area, kitchen and one bedroom upstairs. The other bedrooms have carpeting.   The home was built in the 70's and updated 5 years ago.  There is one space in the enclosed garage. Pets will be considered.

Home is fully  furnished and  equipped. Kitchen appliances include stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. There is a stone-faced fireplace, outside barbeque, 3 televisions, and  vcr/dvd. Washer and dryer is in garage. We supply beach chairs and beach towels.

Balboa Island (Newport Beach) is a great vacation destination.
Property is located less than one block from the bay and boardwalk and
also less than a block from the ferry that takes you to the great surf
at Newport Beach, Balboa Fun Zone, Balboa Pier, additional shopping and
restaurants, and boating and fishing excursions.
Balboa Island is 2 miles from fine dining, shopping and movie theaters at
Fashion Island and approximately 7 miles from Laguna Beach with the
renowned Pageant of the Masters and Sawdust Festival in the summer,
galleries and more fine dining and shopping along with wonderful
beaches with tidepools. Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are within
20-25 minutes.

Call for monthly winter rates as the rates vary depending how many months you take. Also all utilities are included in the rent (internet, cable, gas, water, electric, trash)
