Low Season: $85.00/night 
High Season: Jun 15th - Aug 30th, Mar 15th - Mar 30th, $95/night 
Holiday Season: Christmas/New Year week, $105/night for minimum 7 nights; 
$125.00/night for less than 7 nights   
Monthly rental will be negotiable. 
 
*$70.00 cleaning fee will apply to rental less than 7 nights. 13%  
sales tax need to be added to all the rental.  We require $200.00  
deposit for reservation.  If you want to pay credit card, there will  
be a 4% surcharge.
