air-conditioned one story, two bathroom non-smoking villa located directly across from the tennis
center in the tennis community of Sea Colony. Close to pools,lakes and the shuttle stops within 100
feet of the unit for easy and direct access to the private beach and all areas of Sea Colony. The
master bedroom has a queen-size bed(new Serta back saver matress) with a TV & VCR and adjoining
bathroom . The second bedroom has new furniture which includes twin beds and there is a new queen-
size sleep sofa in living area. A 25" cable TV with VCR/DVD player and sound system offers
entertainment in the living area. The villa is a fully equipped with a microwave, blender,coffee
maker,refrigerator, oven, new Dishwasher, washer and dryer. There are paddle fans in both bedrooms.
The oversized deck includes an outdoor shower with new deck furniture and is surrounded by woods for
extra privacy. We are located only 10 miles from tax-free shopping at the Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth
and Ocean City, Md. We suggest you book early, we were filled for last season by the middle of May.

Sea Colony commuinity offers a 150 feet wide of private beach,
(shuttle service included), 34 tennis courts(4 indoor), 12 pools (2
indoor),state-of-the-art fitness center with gym, sauna, whirlpool
andweight room. It has hiking and biking trails, golf privileges at
Bear trap Dunes & local babysitters . The Marketplace has Italian
and seafood resturants, a coffee shop, a bike rental and beach
supply shop,Candy Kitchen and a beauty saloon.
