rowhouse, and you are just one block from all the restaurants, shops, cafes, culture, and
nightlife of the Adams Morgan neighborhood.

Chez Aim�e has a full kitchen with brand new appliances, beautiful bathroom, and a working
fireplace. New washer & dryer. Wireless internet is available, as are satellite TV, mp3/iPod player and
stereo. Plus there's even a guitar for your playing pleasure!
Enjoy luxury, high-thread-count sheets and towels, Aveda hair care products in the bath, and
plush furnishings throughout.

Go anywhere in the city in 10-15 minutes by walking, metro, or cab.
The flat is a colorful 8-10 minute (4/10 mile) walk to the Woodley Park-Zoo/Adams-
Morgan Metro, just north of Dupont Circle. You can walk to the zoo or take an easy metro
or bus ride to the museums and monuments downtown.
It's also within walking distance to popular conference sites like the Omni Shorham Hotel,
the Marriott Wardman, the Washington Hilton, and All Souls Unitarian Church.
Don't feel like walking? Flag a cab right in front of the condo for door-to-door service; you
can get to Georgetown, National Cathedral, downtown, and anywhere else in the city in
10-15 minutes.

$150 booking/security deposit will secure your reservation
The deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days of departure, provided there's no loss or
damage.

Off street parking is available with in walking distance for $10 - $20 per day.
