Mission Bay Hideaway in Mission Bay

This lovely 2-bedroom 2-bath vacation rental home-away-from-home is
steps to our beautiful Mission Bay and a few more steps to the
Pacific ocean. It comprises the entire floor of our brand new custom
building on a charming court in North Mission Beach , San Diego, CA,
offering a private fenced yard, with garden & fountain, and
umbrella'd concrete table & benches, with natural gas BBQ and
outdoor bayview eating area. AND, it is within a 5-10 minute walk to
a wide variety of restaurants and shops and a short drive to
SeaWorld and other local attractions. It is a perfect getaway!

You are comfortable in our hideaway regardless of the season: it is
light and airy, with ceiling fans in each room for warmer days, and
a fireplace and central thermostat heating during the cooler days.
You have off-street parking for one car, a private washer/dryer, and
much more:
Master bedroom with queen bed, TV- Wall mount/cable/VCR and private
full bath. Second bedroom with two twin beds and TV/cable.
Separate full bath with tub off the hallway
Fully-equipped kitchen for casual or gourmet cooking on a gas stove,
with granite counters and an island with bar stools adjacent to the
indoor eating area.
Separate inside eating area seating four comfortably, and Comfy
Living Room w/Flat Screen HDTV, DVD/VCR & CD/Stereo Radio, Recliner
and Leather Couch plus extra chairs - Spanish decor. Private phone
w/answering machine and secure WiFi high speed internet. FAX/copy
services available.

Beach "toys," including bicycles, chairs, etc., beach toys for
kids, and a library of videos, books, puzzles and games.
Tandem Kayak, with life vests, available on request.

You are a short distance to Belmont Park Amusement area and 5 minute
drive to Seaworld. A short walk to a myriad of shops and
restaurants. We have discount passes for most of the major
attractions, if requested.

Summer (Memorial Day through end September): $1,450 per week,
Saturday-to-Saturday only.

Off-Season (All other dates): $995 per week. 

Winter/Spring Special: 24 Oct - 24 May  -  $895/Wk;$150/nite (10% discount)
NOTE: All rentals are subject to a 10.5% tax, except for rentals of
one month or more.
Additionally, discounts are available on rentals
of four weeks or more.
Payment preferred: U.S. - Personal Check; OR Cashier's
Check/International Money Order for Non-U.S.
Credit Card Payment is accepted via PayPal. Please add 3% processing
fee for U.S. or 4% processing
fee for non-U.S. payments. If Credit Card payment is desired, please
