Open year round, The Cove is a spacious, "home away from home" cabin offering a
tranquil location for church retreats, family reunions, youth camps, ski trips, nature outings and weekend get togethers.

We can accomodate groups of up to 30 people with plenty of convenient parking (6-8 vehicles plus additional off site parking if needed).

At 6000 feet in the San Bernardino mountains, we are centrally located at the junction of the 18 and 330 highways. So, you'll experience the natural beauty of the forest with conveniences close by. The Cove cabin is quaintly decorated with a fully equipped kitchen  for meal preparation. There are also close by restaurants that you can enjoy or even arrange catering services.

We have a great location within the mountain community as we are only minutes from the Lake Arrowhead Village and Big Bear and 90 minutes from Orange County, Los Angeles and San Diego and 60 minutes from Palm Springs. 

In the winter, we are 10 minutes to Snow Valley Ski Resort and 5 minutes to Snow Drift inner tubing park. In the summer we are close to boating, hiking and fishing. Year round, there is something for everyone.

Cabin Details

• 2 floors that are separated by a door (can privately separate the guys from girls)
• 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms
• All linens, bedding and pillows provided (You bring the towels)
• Fully Equipped Kitchen (Stove, oven, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc,  spices, toaster, coffee pot, tea kettle, dish washer, microwave)

With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, your group will have plenty of comfort.

Uptairs (sleeps 14 guests)
Bedroom 1 -sleeps 4 (2 twin bunk beds)
Bedroom 2 -sleeps 6 (2 twin bunk beds, 2 twin beds)
Bedroom 3 -sleeps 4 (1 twin bunk bed, king bed, and attached bathroom)
*There are 2 bathrooms upstairs 

Downstairs (sleeps 16 guests)
Bedroom 4 -sleeps 6 (3 twin bunk beds)
Bedroom 5 -sleeps 10 (5 twin bunk beds)
*There are 2.5 bathrooms downstairs

All linens, bedding and pillows are provided. You bring the towels :)

• 1 minute to the Running Springs Village (restaurants, specialty shops, grocery store, gas station, hardware store and other conveniences)
• 5 Minutes to local inner tubing place (Snow Drift)
• 10 minutes to local ski resort (Snow Valley Ski Resort)
• 15 minutes to Lake Arrowhead (shopping, dining, lake)
• 20 minutes to Lake Gregory (water activities, fishing)
• 35 minutes to Big Bear Lake (water activities, fishing, skiiing, shopping, dining)

RATES: (You can bring up to 30 guests)

• $300 refundable deposit is required.

• $1860 for Fri-Sun or any 2 nights that include a Fri, Sat or Sunday. 2 night min. 

• $1420 for 2 weeknights during Mon-Thurs. 1 weeknight is $900. 

• After 2 nights, each add'l weeknight $400.

• Optional cleaning fee $125. (Or you do the cleaning and we provide the supplies)

Our rates are year round...we do not increase them during the "busy season". We want all of our returning guests to come back at any time, knowing they will get the same affordable rate.

*We decorate for Thanksgiving and Christmas so it's a great place to spend the holidays!
