recreation room overlooks the pool and offers many community activities and a chance to meet your
fellow residents. Separate men's and women's poolside bathroom, shower, sauna and exercise room.

The full width of your condo's living room has floor to ceiling glass sliders to your private
screened balcony with table and chairs overlooking the intracoastal. Enjoy the morning sunrise or
just relax with the ocean breezes. Living room with comfortable furnishings and separate dining
area. Kitchen also has a small table and two chairs for that midnight snack.

The bedrooms are light and airy with lots of windows. Master bedroom with king-size bed has a
comfortable sitting area, walk-in closet, ensuite full bath with shower and tub and separate
dressing area. A second bedroom off the living room has two twins plus a hall bath with full size
shower. The second bedroom can be opened up to the living room and used as a den if there's only
two of you.

You'll love the kitchen with an open pass-thru to the dining/living room, fully equipped with loads

few miles of the property. Gambling Boats go out of Madeira Beach - John's Pass Village.
