This is a great historical place "The Old Blue Stone Quarry" House
situated at the Genesee River. This has a beautiful Master Suite
with a full bathroom inlcludes bath & bed linens. A gueen size futon
located on the lower level and a 8 foot sofa. Sleeps 5 comfortable.
Jacuzzi is situated by sliding glass doors so you can get a great
view of the Greenway. Enjoy the tranquility of watching the wild
life from the balcony. A great place to relax and discover nature at
it's best.
Cabins sleep up to 6 persons. Each Cabin has two open lofts,(sleeping
space only)& One queen size futon situated on the main level of
Cabin. Full bathroom supplied with bath & bed linens. Fully furnished
kitchen with appliances.Gas Fireplaces. Ceiling Fans.

Fully furnished rentals include, Bed/Bath Linens, Master Suite with Airconditioning,
Armoire, Dresser and a full closet. Jacuzzi, Gas Fireplace,
Microwave, Stove oven, Refrigerator, Barbeque Utensils, Toaster, Coffee Pot, etc. Cd/radio player and all appliances are included.
Cabins include Refrigerator, Microwave, Electric cooking plate,
Dishware, Toaster, Pans, BBQ Utensils, Coffee Pot, Glassware and
Silverware. Two picnic tables, BBQ grills and a place to have a
bombfire.

Close to Letchworth State Park and 40 minutes to Allegany State
Park. If you love Skiing, Snowboarding or Tubing then Swain is a 15
minute drive. Swain has great resturants as well. If bowling is an
interest: Letchworth Pines is 2 miles North on 19A. Wolcott Farms
has Horse/Sleigh rides in Letchworth State Park. Resturants in the
area: The Hole in the Wall, Perry,New York The Lake House, Silver
Lake,New York The Lumber Yard, Perry New York. Literature is
available in the Rentals. On the premises itself Fishing, Hiking
Picnic Area, Barbeque Grills, Picnic Tables and access to a
Paddleboat. All Rentals are situated on 12.5 acres of Private
Property. Relax by a camp fire and discover nature at it's Best!

Full week-Friday from 3:00p.m. to Friday 11:00a.m $600.00
Mid-week Monday from 3:00p.m. to Friday 11:00a.m. $400.00
Long weekend Friday from 3:00p.m. to Monday 11:00a.m. $450.00
A deposit fee of $250.00 is required in advance to hold the
reservation for The Blue Stone House. The rental fee must be paid in
full (30)days prior to the day of your arrival. After a full
inspection of the premises the deposit fee will be reimbursed within
ten(10)days of your departure.
Cabins: Full week/ $425.00 Mid-week/ $325.00 Long weekend/ $300.00
A deposit fee of $200.00 is required in advance to hold the
reservation for the Cabins. The rental fee must be paid in full (30)
days prior to the day of arrival. After a full inspection of the
premises the deposit fee will be reimbursed within ten (10) days of
departure.
Payment requirements: Certified Check, Visa, Money Order or Cash.
