Vacation Rental Description
Great location- just yards to the Park City Resort Center and ski
lifts. One of the best locations available, yet with privacy away
from the noise and traffic at the Resort Center. The entire building
is handicap accessible and barrier-free.
This condo feels like home, with a wood-burning fireplace, spacious
rooms, a king bed in one bedroom and two queen beds in the other.
Each bedroom has it's own bathroom (one with a Jacuzzi tub), plus
there is a third bathroom. There are decks off the living room and
both bedrooms, with partial views of the mountain and ski lifts.
The condo is on the second floor of the Shadow Ridge Condominium
Hotel. There is elevator service to the lobby, the spa and pool, and
to the underground parking garages.
Even though this is a condominium, it has all the services normally
found in a fine hotel. There is a front desk, a concierge, and a
spacious lobby. One of Park City's best health spas, the Align Spa,
is located adjacent to the lobby. There is a ski shop, a sports
bar, and a car rental office there as well. You'll also find a
large hot tub, located near the Swedish sauna and adjacent to the
separate mens and womens locker rooms (with showers). The fitness
room has a Universal weight machine, a stair-climber, a strider, two
exercise bikes, and a treadmill.
In addition to the winter activities, Park City is famous for:
golf, fishing, boating, hiking, biking, camping, art events, music,
plus tons of restaurants and shopping.

Of course, with 'The Greatest Snow on Earth', every winter sport
imaginable is here: skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing,
snowshoeing, skating, tubing, you name it!!
But, people who come in the summer say it is just as good or better
at that time of year! How about these examples: 2 great golf
courses within a mile, 6 other golf courses nearby, fishing,
boating, water skiing, hiking and mountain biking (with lifts to get
you to the top if you like), camping, etc. Plus fantastic summer
weather and scenery to compliment it all.

condo; 3) as a studio condo; 4) as a hotel room with king bed; 5)
