Vacation Rental Description

Our cozy 2 BR/1 bath home is located in a secluded area of old Hobe 
Sound on a lot with many palm trees.  It is within view of the 
Intracoastal and an easy stroll to fish or view wildlife (manatees, 
dolphins), or walk/bike to swim and fish at the Hobe Sound ocean 
beach.  The house is clean and well maintained, with a newly 
renovated bathroom.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished with queen bed and twin bed with trundle bed.  
Appliances include Central Air, TV, DVD, VCR, and Microwave.  
No smoking, but screened porch available.

Activities and Attractions

Hobe Sound activities include golfing, boating, fishing, swimming 
and tennis.  Also nearby are Jonathan Dickinson State Park and the 
Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge.  Great shopping is nearby in 
historic Downtown Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and West 
Palm Beach.   International airport (PBI) is just 28 miles away.

Vacation Rental Rates

We offer our cottage for rent just once a year, for the 3 or 4 month 
winter season.  Available beginning Jan 1.  $1600 per month plus sales tax.
Security deposit required.   Includes water/electric.  Does not include
phone/cable.
