The Beach House is a fabulous beachfront home,steps from beautiful
Parksville beach, with panoramic breathtaking views of Georgia
Strait
and surrounding coastal mountains. The walk-on, warm, sandy beach
and
the large,in-ground, swimming pool are a delight to all.
The house is large (4000 square feet) and perfect for family
reunions. It has four bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to ten
adults. The master bedroom (king-size bed) with ensuite is
upstairs.
Downstairs are three bedrooms; one bedroom has a queen size bed
while
the other a double-size bed. The third and larger bedroom has a king-
size bed. There are also two single beds in the large recreation
room
downstairs. There are two bathrooms downstairs, one full and the
other a two piece. Sliding doors from the recreation room lead out
to
the pool area and beach. At the pool area; lounge chairs, picnic
table and ping pong table can be found.
Upstairs is a large living room, a dining room which seats up to ten
people, a family room, a laundry room, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
The family room and kitchen have large, double, sliding doors that
lead out to the deck. The deck is equipped with a gas barbecue and
patio furniture.
Everyone loves the Beach House, whether it be an early morning walk
on the beach with the tide way out, with gulls overhead, and a fresh
breeze, an evening dip in the pool followed by a bonfire on the
beach, or a quiet evening with a seafood feast on the deck with the
tranquil and soothing sound of the waves lapping on the beach at
full
tide. Whatever your fancy may be, this setting has a tendency to
fill
its occupants with peace and tranquillity.
