Six year old, beautiful, newly redecorated, spotless, year-round, fully-furnished home
on one of Wisconsin's prettiest lakefronts. Lake Como is a non-crowded safe lake with a shallow bottom. Located just three miles
west of Downtown Lake Geneva and all it has to offer (great shopping,
entertainment, theaters, and restaurants). Steps away from the famous
Mars Bar and Restaurant. A short walk will bring you to The French Country Inn. Across the
lake is Geneva National and its three 18 hole championship golf
courses. Several more courses are just a short drive away, making the
house perfect for golfers---but of course not limited to them. The
house is also an ideal destination for couples, families, and adult
groups of friends.

Beautiful lake views & sunsets. Sleeps ten, with two bathrooms plus a semi-private divided loft. Two Queen beds downstairs & 6 Twin
beds upstairs in pairs of two. Two-sided gas fireplace, air conditioning, washer/dryer, gas BBQ grill,
lakeside firepit, access to pier with a boat slip, two decks, a fully equipped
kitchen including dishware and appliances, two televisions with
DVD/VCRs, Bose stereo system, Wireless Internet access, baby crib
and high chair available, linens provided. Parking for 6 automobiles. Our property does not have a sand beach but does have a planted lawn to the water.

Close enough to Downtown Lake Geneva for quick and easy access, yet
far enough away to escape its crowds.
There are many great dining and entertainment destinations on Lake
Como such as the Mars Bar, Freddie's West End and In the Drink and all are accessable by boat.
Year round physical activities are prevalent. They include several
top golf courses, skiing at Alpine Valley, Wilmot and Grand Geneva, fishing,
boating and swimming on Lake Como, Lake Delavan and Geneva Lake.
Autumn is a special time due to the spectacular Fall colors.
Bowling alleys, movie theaters, miniature golf, petting zoo and many wonderful shops are within minutes of the house.

NO smoking or pets allowed,subject to a $250 penalty if violated.
NO prom, bachelor/bachelorette, or graduation parties.

Rented by the month November through March
