Beautiful place

Review submitted: April 24, 2013   Date of arrival: July 10, 2012

I just want to thank you for letting us rent your house in Maryland. It was a beautiful place. We really enjoyed staying there. It was great that you have the place well equipped with anything we might need during our stay. I also emjoyed the view overlooking the river, especially in the morning when the sun was coming up. It was amazing. If we are ever in need of a place to stay in Maryland again, I will sure give you a call.

Comfortable and enjoyable home

Review submitted: April 24, 2013   Date of arrival: August 5, 2012

I wanted to email you to let you know we thoroughly enjoyed your lovely home. My kids went crabbing and were screaming when they caught one! It was priceless. The house was so comfortable and very enjoyable. It was nice to come back to a quiet place after a day of visiting family.

We would certainly think about renting again. Thank you again for allowing us to use your home!

Pleasantly surprised

Review submitted: April 24, 2013   Date of arrival: August 1, 2012

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice your home was! After seeing it on-line we hoped it would be nice, but the place was way above our expectations! The color in the living room was the exact color that I've used in our house! I had my color swatches with me and took them out to compare. You have great taste, if I must say so! Ha, ha!

After a day or two we found the key to the gate to put our kayaks in the water. We had taken them along without knowing if we would be able to use them. We enjoyed kayaking on the river and were pleased that there was very little boat traffic to spoil the trips.

Our son, his wife, and their eleven month old son joined us for the week. We did a lot of baby sitting while they had some time to themselves for a real vacation. We enjoyed cooking on the charcoal grill and had dinner on the deck several nights.

I enjoyed watering your flowers and other plants. We used some of your fresh basil and rosemary in our cooking. However the garden tomatoes had a long way to go before they could be picked.

We went to the farmer's market on Saturday and Tuesday, so we ate really well while we were there. The kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for all of the extra staples that were there.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. We loved the quaint neighborhood and the beautiful Annapolis area.
