Tile floors in all rooms except bedrooms. Two king-size beds, twin-
size roll-away and couch available. Air conditioning, cable TV in
living room and both bedrooms, DVD and VCR, local telephone service.
Full kitchen, linens, beach towels. Grocery and other shopping just
minutes away. Breakfast,lunch and dinner restaurants just across the
street. Pop/ice/etc. available across the street at convenience
mart/gas station. Safe, keyed-entry building. Well lighted and
clean. Coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor. 50 minutes
from Orlando airport and fifteen minutes from Melbourne Airport. No
Smoking and No pets.
Activities and Attractions
Unlimited beach walking both north and south of condo. Ocean and
nearby river fishing available. On-site shuffleboard, ping-pong and
game room. 60 minutes from Disney World and other attractions.
Five
minutes from Cocoa Beach restaurants, golf and other
attractions.
Vacation Rental Rates
rates: $850 per week or $2400 per month.
$300 security deposit, returned upon inspection.
$80 cleaning fee.
11% Florida tax.
