This is a charming first floor unit that has everything you need.  It is in a perfect location, clean and nicely furnished, in this friendly neighborhood at Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club. Enjoy the view of the 9th fairway from the screened lanai. Heated pool,  jacuzzi, tennis courts, and a single car garage are a few of the amenities in this gated community.

The kitchen is fully equipped.  It has a table and two chairs. The dining room easily seats 6 people. Enjoy the ease of the pass through serving counter from the kitchen to the dining room.

The master offers a queen bed, walk-in shower, vanity, and a large walk-in closet. The master has a comfy casual chair and a small Samsung flat panel HDTV for your enjoyment. 

The guest bedroom has a double bed with a full bathroom in the same alcove.

The den is cozy with a couch (a double sleeper), recliner, and a Samsung Flat Panel HDTV.  The living room has a long couch, four chairs, and is great space for entertaining.

You will love spending your leisure time on the lanai.  It is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy the outdoors.  Enjoy meals on the lanai at the table.  It's a fabulous spot to enjoy cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and conversation.  There is a table and four chairs and two comfy chairs for relaxing and reading the paper or a good book. 

Local and long distance (US & Canada) phone services are included.  Water and Basic cable TV are provided by the condominium association.  You may order more services at your own expense.  Electric is covered up to $100 per month. 

Washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron, are in the laundry room.  You will find ceiling fans throughout the condo.

The single car garage is a great bonus to protect and shade your car.  There are plenty of visitor parking spaces available as well.  A charcoal grill is available for your use. 

Snowbirds enjoy the winter season in Naples.  Come a little early and you will find that November and December are stunning.  You won't want to miss the holiday ambiance, it is fabulous and sets the mood.  Glen Eagle decorates their Palm Tree Entrance with lights and the picture is beautiful.  Old Naples is decorated on Third Street.  You must drive by and see.  The weather is fabulous this time of the year. 

     Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club is great.  The golf and social activities offer many options.  Glen Eagle CC has a wonderful pool, fitness center, card rooms, billiard tables, grill room, dining room, tennis and golf all at your convenience if you choose to exercise the Golf Transfer into your name.  Glen Eagle's course is beautiful, well maintained, and it is a very enjoyable course to play.  You are welcome to get involved in the weekly activities offered at the club.   

     Chatam Square Condominium Association has a great pool very close to the condo, as well as a jacuzzi, and tennis courts. There is a weekly cocktail social at the condominium's pool.  Get to meet and know the neighbors in an informal gathering at the pool. 

     Dining in Old Naples and on Fifth Avenue is a wondeful experience that you won't want to miss.  Our location is convenient to Old Naples.  The restaurants are plentiful and the food is great.  Bellini's, on 5th Avenue, is a great Italian restaurant.  They make you feel right at home.  They have a marinara pasta with pancetta and peas that is awesome.  Trulucks offers a great outdoor experience.  If it is a cool night, they have the wind blocked and the night heaters on.  It is a fun place to eat.  Trulucks is near the parking deck.  There are so many great restaurants to choose from, you will want to walk down the street and experience Fifth Avenue. 

     If you are looking for a casual dining experience, try the The Riverwalk at Tin City and The Dock at Crayton Cove.  They back up to the water for a more nautical experience.  Kelly's Fish House next to Tin City has good food.  St. George and the Dragon offers great prime rib. 

     Old Naples offers great shopping on Third Street.  We are talking upscale shopping on Third Street.  If you go a little north, you will find the Waterside Shops, the Coastland Mall, Outlet Shopping in Estero and much more.   

     The white sandy beaches of Naples are just 10 minutes away.  You will want to visit the Naples Pier to see the Pelicans.  Check out Laudermilk Park, which has great beachfront and covered eating area with a snack shop.  There are many local convenient beach stops with beach parking available on most blocks. 

     Naples has marinas near Tin City if you choose to rent a boat.  Book a fishing excurion, a flight to Key West for a day, and/or a day-trip to the Everglades.  These are a few of the activities that are easy to book and they are so much fun.  These are great things to do when your family comes to visit while you are in Naples. 

    Marco Island is beautiful and you must see their beaches.  Enjoy lunch at a hotel and walk the beach.  It's just 20 minutes from our condo.  While you are there, try eating at Snook Inn, which is a casual restaurant on the water that serves good food.  Marco's public residential beach is Tiger Tail Beach.

2010 Off-Season:  May through September $1600/month; October thru December $2200/month  (One Month Minimum) 

2011 Seasonal Rates:  January, February, and March:  $3200/month;  April:  $2400 for the month.

$100 Application to Lease - Chatham Square I Condominium Association
$500 Deposit and $75 Cleaning fee
We are required to collect 10% tax:   6% state and 4% 
  county tourist taxes on all leases less than 6 months in length.
