Key West Dream has been described by many guests as the best location in the Keys. We have a
PROTECTED 30'
boat dock within 25 feet of the house. The controling depth into the enclave is 4' MLW. The house
was built not as a rental but designed and furnished as a full time residence for an active yachting
family. There are three sizable bedrooms that are comfortably furnished, modern highhat lighting,
travertine and marble floors, marble bath, steel spiral staircase to the second floor, a gourmet
kitchen with gas range and two very large patios (screened) off the second and third level. There is
covered parking for 3 cars plus room for the largest boat trailer on the property.
