15 minutes
from Naples and 1.75 hrs drive west to Miami. Beautiful Captiva and
Sanibel Islands are close by as

Everglades National Park. Orlando/Disneyworld is just 3 hrs by car and

Golf is available at the lovely, world - class, Lely Flamingo and
Mustang championship courses,
designed by
Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Lee Trevino. The new 20,000 sq. ft.
clubhouse has a full restaurant and

and a great golf pro shop. Club and shoe hire, tuition, and a full
golf driving range are also
available. There are

Marco is known for its wide range of water sports. Short or long term

*One week minimum required ,ONLY rent Saturday to Saturday
* A $140 (USD) weekly cleaning fee and FL Tax of 10% will apply to all
rentals

Rental Requirements
===============
A 50% deposit with Executed Short Term Lease Agreement is required to
book the home.
Final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival which will include your
security deposit
A $500 Security Deposit required with all weekly reservations
(security is returned within 30 days of
check-out,
given satisfactory leave)
$140 Weekly Cleaning Fee
10% Florida Tax Required
Adults age 25 and older required to secure reservation
Check-in Time is 4 pm.
Check-out Time is 10 am.
Discounts apply for booking multiple months
If, at any time, you need to cancel your reservation, we will refund
all deposits made if we are able
to re-rent
the house for the period your reserved at the same rental rate.
However, a $50 re-booking fee will
apply.
