Vacation Rental Description

Nice view of Morro Rock from the kitchen, living room and from balcony along front of the house 
where you can enjoy your morning coffee and fresh coastal air.  Beach access is less than a mile 
away!
  
Our home has been recently remodeled inside and out and is decorated with new furniture and 
decorations to create a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere!  

House sleeps from 6 to 10 people.  

Driveway parking available for three cars. 

Our home is a non-smoking no pet rental.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Living Room
Large recliner, couch, love seat and glider rocker with ottoman
 DSL WiFi and a LAN connection at the computer desk
Cable television with a DVD/VHS player

Bedrooms
Upstairs bedrooms include two new queen beds in the front bedroom and 1 new queen bed in back 
bedroom.  Bedroom downstairs includes two double-size beds and a futon that makes into a double bed 
as well. Linens are provided with extra blankets and pillows in each room.

Cable television in all bedrooms, a DVD player in the upstairs front bedroom and the downstairs 
bedroom

Kitchen 
Kitchen table seats 6.  A card table and four chairs are also available (stored in back bedroom 
closet upstairs).

Fully equipped kitchen includes 4 slot bagel toaster, microwave, blender, electric pancake grill, 
rice cooker/vegetable steamer, crock pot, drip coffee maker, ice tea maker (filters supplied), pots 
and pans, bake ware, cooking utensils and drinking glasses, plates and flatware for 10 plus people.  
We supply dish soap (no dishwasher), liquid hand soap, dish towels, hand towels and 1 roll of paper 
towels.  Some paper products and trash bags also available.

Kitchen also has filtered tap water.

Bathrooms
For the upstairs we supply 8 sets of bath and hand towels and 8 wash cloths.  When adding the 
downstairs to the rental we add 6 additional sets.

Each bathroom is supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper and liquid hand soap.

Miscellaneous
Washer and dryer is downstairs (available when only upstairs is rented as well) with a small supply 
of laundry soap
.
Another microwave and coffee pot for the downstairs bedroom is also located in the laundry room.

Propane gas BBQ Grill is stored under the staircase downstairs.

Activities and Attractions

There is something for everyone!  Shopping at the Embarcadero in downtown Morro Bay, drive a few 
miles to Cayucos and visit the antique stores, or drive further up the coastline to Cambria.  Visit 
Hearst Castle, then drive up the coastline 4 miles and see the elephant seals. Wine taste at over a 
100 wineries in the Paso Robles area. Visit the San Luis Mission in San Luis Obispo where you will 
also find a lot of shops and a variety of places to eat.  Or maybe take a little longer drive to 
Solvang and enjoy an outdoor play at PCPA Theaterfest .  Morro Bay also has a beautiful golf course 
that is sure to add to your relaxing vacation!

There are many great places to eat in Morro Bay and the surrounding areas.  As well as fishing, 
kayaking, swimming, and walks along the beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

We accept credit cards through PayPal.

We have two rental options to accommodate your needs.

Upstairs only.
2 bedrooms and 1 bath with 3 queen beds, Sleeps 6.
September through May; $700.00 per week or $150.00 per day
June through August $950.00 per week or $200.00 per day

Upstairs plus the down stairs.
Additional bedroom and bath with 2 double beds and a double futon, Sleeps 4.
September through May; $900.00 per week or $200.00 per day
June through August $1200.00 per week or $250.00 per day

Weekly rentals only June through August (Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday)
Summer weekends are available only if the house is not rented 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival 
with a 2 day minimum.

Holiday rates are the same as June through August with a 2 day minimum

Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 11 AM

Taxes and Fees
10% City Bed Tax
Cleaning fee: $100.00 Upstairs, $125.00 Upstairs plus down stairs.
Refundable Security deposit $200.00.

Reservations
Deposit of $200.00 to confirm your reservation. Full payment is required for reservations less than 
30 days prior to arrival.
(Date is not reserved until deposit or payment is received)
Rental balance, security deposit and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellations
Full 30 days prior to arrival, $50.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival, forfeit $200.00 deposit.
Less than 16 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental fee.
