service, exposed brick, wood burning fireplace. Polished hardwood
floors. Dining table & 4 chairs.

Kitchen: Comes complete with cookware, utensils, and dinnerware.

Neighborhood: The Apartment located on one of the best park blocks
of Upper West Side. Located 1/2 block off Central Park( and 2 blocks
away from subway lines B,C at 96 Street), it's in the heart of
historic, residential, eclectic neighborhoods. Gorgeous views from
Central Park Reservoir are just steps away. Grocery, banks,
restaurants, pharmacy, dry cleaners, etc. are all available on the
corner. Plenty of high-quality restaurants within 5 min walking
distance.

Transportation: Five Subway lines serve the neighborhood for easy
travel to any point in the City. The nearest Subway is the #B or C
line, a 2-minute, 2-block walk, which will deliver you to Times
Square/42nd Street in 8-10 minutes.
