Tahoe Donner Ski Hill/Lake Condo Winter/Summer/Spring/Fall in Tahoe Donner

Stay in the private resort community of Tahoe Donner. This beautiful
loft condo is at the base (100 yds)of the Tahoe Donner Ski Bowl,
with two ski lifts. Guests also have use of 1,000' of Donner Lake
Frontage. You can use your boat, sun on the chairs provided, play
volleyball, and more. The last photo shows how close the Condo is
to the ski lift.

In the loft area (bedroom) there is a queen size bed along with a bunkbed. You may bring sleeping
bags if you have extra guests. It also has cable TV, DVD and CD
player, and the largest balcony in the entire complex. There is a
refrigerator, microwave, toaster, stove, coffee maker, dishes and
cooking utensils. Linens are provided. There are washers and dryers
down the hall.

We have found Verizon and Sprint work well and AT&T Wireless
works sometimes inside the condo.

There is high speed wireless internet in the Lodge Lobby. Sometimes I
can use the wireless from my unit. What a treat.

This is a No Smoking building. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Tahoe Donner Resort amenities are for owners and guests only. When you
rent this unit, you are a guest and may use all of the amenities.

1000' of Donner Lake frontage with a private marina. There are lounge
chairs, volley ball and roped off sections of the lake for the little
ones. There is a snack bar there also. Put your boat in or swim.
Close to Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl, Squaw and Boreal.

Tahoe Donner has their own website for activities.

The Truckee area is fun and quaint. Enjoy great biking trails and
Truckee River rafting. There are frequent free summer concerts and
activities.

It is less than 30 miles to Reno, and 13 miles to Lake Tahoe. You
can do your gambling close by at North Lake Tahoe.

Apr 1-Nov 18 $600 per week or $100 per night (2 night minimum)
Nov 19-Apr 1 $800 per week or $125 per night (2 night minimum)

HOLIDAYS: Presidents Weekend, Memorial Day, 4th. of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve are $150.00 per night
with a 3 night minimum or $900.00 per week.

The weekly rental period runs Sunday at 3:00pm to Sunday at 10:00am.
We are flexible with days and times if you wish to rent for less than
a week. If the condo is vacant the day prior to arrival, an earlier
arrival time may be possible. Longer term ski rates can be arranged.
There is a $250 deposit, which is refundable, less a $75.00 cleaning fee.

This is a ski resort area. The weather can quickly change and you may
experience travel delays and temporary road closures. Please check
the weather and road conditions in advance. Weather and road
conditions are not the responsibility of the owner and no refunds or
compensation will be provided in the event this occurs.

The entire rent and deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. The
condo will be held for you as soon as the deposit is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We know this is a vacation for you, and we want to be accommodating,
but we must have a cancellation policy.

1.Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival forfeit $50.00.
2.Cancellation less that 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the
full deposit.
3.Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival will forfeit the
full deposit and the full rental amount.

If you cancel this reservation and forfeit rent, you may be eligible
to use the forfeited rent as a credit toward a future rental period,
subject to availability.
