This home has a sparkling, heated in-ground pool for sunbathers and an outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub for those romantic tropical evenings. The home is newly renovated with four bedrooms and three baths and a large living area with a full size pull out sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. Sliding glass doors lead to a second story balcany overlooking the pool. The Master suite has a King size bed and attached full bath. The second bedroom has a King bed and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. The forth bedroom is in a separate unit downstairs with bath, kitchen, and living room which also has a full size pull out sofa, great if you want some additional privacy.

Fort Myers Beach is an island surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico on one side and beautiful Estero Bay on the other. Enjoy fishing, diving, sailing, golfing, tennis, or just relaxing around the pool or on the white sandy beach. Plenty of restaurants are within a mile of the house, and the newly renovated "downtown" area of Times Square is only a short drive north (less than 4 miles).
