Welcome to our "get away from it all" vacation home. Nestled in the
Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, Wintergreen Resort offers something
for everyone. Our get-away offers the best location on the Mountain.
It features SKI-IN/SKI-OUT for the serious ski bum. Located mid-way
down Eagles Swoop you can ski out in the morning to catch the first
powder and stop back by mid-morning for that cup of coffee or steaming
hot chocolate.

Our condo is the first one from the road; so the Mountain Inn and all
the restaurants and activities are just a few steps across the street.
The PLUNGE Slope and the Out of Bounds Park are very close; in fact,
the shuttle bus stops right in front of our door transporting the
anxious and/or tired explorer up or down the mountain.

The Acorn Chair Lift is located on our side of the Mountain so the
spring, fall and summer explorer can enjoy the mountain bike trails
and then transported back up the mountain with your bike on that
exciting ride. What a delightful and relaxing activity for a slower
pace to just enjoy the fall foliage.

And I don't want to forget to mention that their is one assigned
parking spot; if you have ever been up to the Resort during ski season
you will appreciate this added value.

Our little get-away was recently completely renovated. Our passion
for preservation led us to use re-cycled heart pine wood cabinets,
paneling and flooring throughout our home.

CONVENIENCE, CONVENIENCE: Starting with our front row parking space
to the 3 steps down to our first floor home. Our main living and
dining area looks out on Eagles Swoop slope and a magnificent view of
the distant mountains. Enjoy nature as you sit on the deck and soak
up the fresh mountain air.

Everything is new throughout the home. A cozy wood-burning fireplace,
updated Whirlpool Appliances and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms,
and 1 1/2 bathrooms further make this home most desirable. This condo
can sleep 6 with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a twin bed with
trundle in an adjacent room, and a pullout sofa. 1 full bath and 1
1/2 bath feature heated marble tile flooring. Full size washer and
dryer located in utility pantry adjacent to the kitchen.

You will find this home to be comfortable and fully furnished for your
enjoyment. All linens, towels, and kitchen utensils are provided.

Wintergreen Resort offers a wide range of activities and events,
spanning the entire year. From toddlers to grandparents, there is
something for everyone.

Golf, tennis, snow skiing, mountain biking, numerous childrens
programs, music concerts and festivals, horseback riding, hiking, fly
fishing, nature programs, and don't forget the wonderful spa
facility.

Condo Rental Rates:

Ski Season:
Mid-Week: $ 250.00 per night
Weekend: $ 300.00 per night

Spring,Summer, Fall:
Mid-Week: $ 150.00 per night
Weekend: $ 200.00 per night


Ski Season: Thanksgiving through mid-March (weather cooperating)
Spring, Summer, Fall: mid-March to Thanksgiving

Mid-Week: (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Weekend: (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Most Rentals require a $75.00 Housekeeping Fee (non-refundable)
A 2-night minimum stay is required.
If our home is not booked and you book within 7 days of your arrival
date a 10% discount will apply.
If you book 4 or more nights we waive the housekeeping fee.
