The Atlantic Ocean is just outside your front door, and the secluded pool is just out your back door. This complex is located is the most gorgeous section of the non-driving beach, recently voted by Florida Travel Magazine as the "Most Beautiful Beach in Florida".  Flowers and plantlife are in abundance at this property. It is common to see sea turtles, dolphins and pelicans playing on the beach.

We are located approximately an hour from all of the Orlando theme parks, 45 minutes to Kennedy Space Center and 20 minutes to Daytona Beach. Our quaint little beach town offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shopping. If fishing or water sports are your thing, kayaking, windsurfing, parasailing and many other sports are offered by local businesses, as well as tons of boat rentals and charters available from many marinas.

Due to the status of the economy, we realize people need a vacation more than ever.  Therefore, we have revised the rental for this beautiful, oceanfront 2 bedroom/1 bath unit, to a discounted rate to $600.00 for a weekly rental. Please call or email for monthly rates.  In addition to rental rate, we must charge a 12.5% tax and a $90.00 cleaning fee.  A security/reservation deposit of $250 to hold your dates is 100% refundable.
