coldness of a highrise condo. The Atlantic Ocean is just outside your front door, and the secluded 
pool is just out your back door. This complex is located is the most secluded section of the non-
driving beach, recently voted by Florida Travel Magazine as the "Most Beautiful Beach in Florida". 
Flowers and plantlife are in abundance at this property. It is common to see sea turtles, dolphins 
and pelicans playing on the beach.

Space Center and 20 minutes to Daytona Beach.  Our quaint little beach town offers a wide variety of 
restaurants, bars and shopping. If fishing or water sports are your thing, kayaking, windsurfing, 
parasailing and many other sports are offered by local businesses, as well as tons of boat rentals 
available from many marinas.
