Vacation Rental Description

This is a quiet second floor condominium with beautiful views of the 
Catalina Mountains.  The master bedroom has a king bed and the second 
bedroom has a queen bed.  The kitchen is completely stocked with all 
kinds of appliances, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, spices, etc.  
You can sit in the saddle leather couch and easy chair to watch a DVD 
on the 27" television, or instead you might rather sit at the tile 
table on the balcony and drink cappuccino while watching the endless 
parade of birds and other wildlife in the natural area below.  The 
condo is completely furnished in Southwest/Old Mexico decor.  Artwork 
in the condo ranges from Degrazia prints to original southwestern 
works.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo complex has two pools/hot tubs, two clubhouses, an exercise 
room, a tennis court, and a business center with copiers, faxes, 
computers, etc.

Adjacent to the complex is the reknowned Loews Ventana Canyon resort, 
which has a highly rated golf course, spas, and fine dining.  
Additionally, 
the unit is in the District 16 School District (Catalina Foothills 
ISD), which is 
the most desirable district in town.

The condo is fully furnished and utilities are included in the rent 
(phone, cable, electricity). All linens, towels, etc. are provided.  
There is A/C and heat, washer and dryer, BBQ grill on the balcony, 2 
TVs, VCR and DVD player, and a stereo system.  The full kitchen has 
all major appliances, including dishwasher and microwave, and is 
fully equipped with coffee/cappuccino maker, toaster oven, many other 
small appliances, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc.

Activities and Attractions

Within minutes:
   The famous Loews Ventana Canyon Resort is within walking 
distance.  Shopping and fine dining are a very short drive away.  
Some of Southern Arizona's finest golf courses are minutes away.  The 
Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is also very near.  

   Within a thirty minute drive you'll find the University of 
Arizona, downtown Tucson, Mount Lemmon, the Saguaro National Park, 
malls, two major league baseball Spring Training parks, and many 
other areas of interest.

   There are many other attractions in Southern Arizona, such as the 
Desert Museum, The Old Tucson Movie Studios, Karchner Caverns, 
Tombstone, Tubac (an artist's colony), The Kitt Peak Observatory, and 
Nogales, Mexico.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer months (June - October)          - $1200/month
Shoulder months 1(May, Nov)             - $1500/month  
Shoulder months 2(April, Dec)           - $2200/month  
Winter months (Jan - March)             - $2800/month

Rent includes all utilities; discounts available for renting 3 or 
more months.

This unit rents only monthly.  We apologize, but weekly rentals are 
not possible.

Security/Confirmation deposit: 10% or $300, whichever is larger 
(refundable upon departure if no damage is done)

Cleaning fee: $90, nonrefundable (to have the condo professionally 
cleaned upon departure)
