Located at the end of the road on 2/3's acre.
Front of house faces the river, which is 500 ft across with natural,
untouched view of a wildlife preserve.
300 ft of waterfront.....150 on the river, and 150 on a canal along
one side of the house.
10' x 20' front platform-dock on the river.
New boathouse (2 slips) on canal side. More boat space along seawall.
Large carport for two vehicles.

Living Room....
Just 30 ft from the waters edge with 38 ft of continuous windows
across the front for a spectacular, unobstructed view of the river.
Very spacious with an abundance of couches, easy chairs and big-
screen cable TV (dvd & vcr).
Fun spot to watch the non-stop river activities of nature, boaters
and fishermen.

Front Patio....
Decking extends from the front door to the dock.....perfect for
barbequing, lounging on the rivers edge, and fishing in the deep
water off the platform-dock.
Gas grill and patio furniture provided.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms....
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Linens and towels provided. Master bedroom with king-sized bed has a
river view. Second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a large bay
window overlooking the river. One small bedroom has a single bed.

Game Room....
Large room with 32" cable TV (dvd & vcr), refrigerator, ping pong,
air hockey and foosball table. Also has three futons that convert
into full-sized beds.

Utility Room....
Washing machine and dryer provided.

Kitchen/Dining Room....
Fully furnished.....pots/pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker,
toaster, blender, microwave.

Workout Room....
Air conditioned, cable TV and fans.
BowFlex home gym, ProForm elliptical, Reebok exercise bike, Nordic
Track treadmill. Great view of river from each machine.

Surrounded by State Parks and National Forests. Crystal clear
springs and fine dining by boat or car. Beaches, Daytona and Silver
Springs nearby.
