This is not just a rental unit -- I stay here as often as I can.  
I love Venice and this unit and you will too!

Absolutely NO smoking and no pets.

Unit is in Plantation Golf & Country Club.  A very quiet, well-
maintained development of private home owners.  Surrounding area is 
beautifully landscaped with palms, flowers and beautiful villas.

This unit is an immaculate, newly furnished and decorated 5 year old 
condo which overlooks wildlife preserve and lake.  Relax on the chaise lounge in the lanai 
and watch the egrets and herons fish for their dinner.  

Steps to heated pool with chaise lounges, tables and new gas BBQ grill.

Master bedroom has queen bed and walk-in closet with en-suite 
bathroom.  Bathroom has oversize shower and large vanity with 
his/hers basins.

Guest bedroom has two twin beds and ample closet space. En-suite 
bathroom has full tub/shower with large vanity.  This area can be 
closed off from the living area by closing the pocket door.  Both 
bedrooms are furnished with new, white rattaan dressers for 
additional clothing storage.

Kitchen is totally equipped for all your needs.  From toaster, 
coffee maker to wine glasses - you will want for nothing.  Refrigerator has 
automatic ice-maker. Dishwasher and water filtration system also. 

Large living room is fully furnished with two full-size sofas (one 
of 
which opens to a queen size bed).  Lovely glass-top tables, lamps 
and 32" TV with DVD/VCR.  Unit also has cable TV.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped with everything you need - just bring your toothbrush 
and a bathing suit.  Cathedral ceilings in most rooms.  Ceiling fans 
in all rooms (except bathrooms which have exhaust fans).  

Full size washer and dryer.  Microwave. Local phone service 
included.  Calling card required to make long distance calls.

Close to medical facilities and Interstate 75 (but not close enough 
that you can hear it).

Activities and Attractions

Just minutes from 15 golf courses, dining and shopping.  Only 10 
minutes to beautiful, natural dune-covered, white-sand beaches where 
you can enjoy the ever-warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.    Walk 
for 
miles on these pristine beaches and enjoy the fabulous sun-sets over 
the water.

Discover Historic Venice - a gem found by only the lucky few.  
Explore it's quaint downtown shops and restaurants and marvel at the 
boulevard of Spanish moss-draped Banyan trees.

Whatever you wish to do - the Venice area has it.  Some of these 
activites are:  golf, tennis, shopping, wildlife viewing, fishing 
(charter boat or municipal pier), jet skiing, parasailing, theatre, 
museums, amusement parks, natural hot springs, shelling, shark tooth 
hunting.

Enjoy visitng the "Fountain of Youth" hot springs that are said to 
have been found by Ponce de Leon.  The water is a constant 87 
degrees.  These were discovered by the Native Americans hundreds of 
years ago.  Swim in the mineral waters, relax on the chaise lounges, 
have a massage or a bite to eat at their cafe.

Tampa - 1 1/4 hour (Busch Gardens; major airport)

Sarasota - 25 minutes (major airport; Ringling world-reknown Art 
Museum, Mansion and Circus Museum; Theatre; up-scale shopping)

Orlando - 2 1/2 hours (Disneyworld, Epcot, Universal studios)

Ft. Myers - 1 hour (Thomas Edison winter home & lab; major airport)

Monthly rentals only.  Discount given for 2+ month rental.  
$500.00 Refundable Security Deposit required.  Cleaning fee of $100.00.
Rates become final only upon signing of rental agreement.
