Whether you want to have a morning walk, run, swim on the beach or simply spend the day strolling down Lincoln Road's boutiques and cafes these apartments are perfect. Easy walk to beach.
Fully equipped stainless steel kitchens, FREE wireless internet, washer/dryer in each unit, slate bathrooms and modern furnishings. Cable TV, central air conditioning, hardwood floors, queen beds. Sleep up to 4 in some condos.

These are SELF SERVICE condos for INDEPENDENT LIVING in South Beach. There is no doorman or concierge, no daily housekeeping, no pool, no high prices. Extra housekeeping available at extra charge if arranged in advance.
These are some of the largest vacation condos you will find so close to the beach, at very reasonable rates for this fabulous location. They are kept very clean and updated, they all contain hardwood floors, full kitchen with dishwasher with stainless steel appliances and granite counter-top, slate bathrooms, washer and dryer, central air, stereo, flat screen television, cable, and free internet. Nice linens and bath towels supplied. Bring your own beach towels. We supply minimal complimentary supplies (some tp, dish soap, filters for coffee maker) to get you through your first day or so - but you must purchase these things yourself. We do not supply or refill during your stay, this helps us keep rates down.
NO overnight guests, NO PARTIES allowed at Casa Verano, no guests allowed other than those on lease back to units. This is a designated quiet building for the comfort of all guests. Excessive noise is not tolerated.
There is NO PARKING here. Street parking not allowed in South Beach. Garages can be found around, but can be expensive. No need for car here, can walk to everything.

WINTER $135-150 night for two persons. Can sleep up to 4 persons maximum, rate is a bit higher. Holidays and Events are higher.
SPRING, SUMMER, FALL $120-150/night in spring/summer/fall.
13% tax not included in rate.
$55 for studios or $65 for one bedrooms cleaning fee.
Rates are higher for one bedroom condos, special events and holidays.
