Come stay in one of South Padre Island’s most beautiful beachfront
condominium – Saida Royal Tennis & Beach Club Penthouse. This
remodeled unit has top quality furniture and million dollar views of
the beach, bay and city.

The Saida Towers complex is the largest on the island. These
beachfront condominiums are located 1 block from the bridge. Among
the many amenities offered are: 3 swimming pools (1 pool is heated
during the winter), 2 jacuzzi/hottubs, 4 tennis courts, seasonal
pool bar, shuffleboard, elevators, landscaped public areas.

This penthouse condo is located on the 15th floor with views of both
the gulf and Laguna Madre bay. One of this condo’s unique features
is the private 400 sq.ft balcony. From here, you can see the gulf,
bay and watch both sunrise and sunset. (And the fireworks every
Friday during the summer!) Great for sunbathing!

The master has king bed and full bath . Guest bedroom has two queen beds and full bath.  There is a double sleeper sofa in Living room. Beautiful patio and private
balcony.

New upgrades in Nov. '11.  Stainless appliances, new living room furniture and patio furniture.  New tile accents and lots of extras.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us. It was exactly like the pictures on your site. The condo was very comfortable and well laid out. There were 4 of us and was very roomy. The views from the balcony were great and the sunrises were amazing. Really enjoyed relaxing in your condo. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic Beach Condo

We spent several days at the condo relaxing and enjoying Sandcastle Days on the island. The condo is nicely furnished and well taken care of. The staff at Saida is friendly and takes good care of the property in general. The views throughout the condo are tremendous. Kay was extremely responsive both prior to and during our stay with the questions that we had. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Two Texans Looking for Rest----------Tony & Dawn

If you're looking for a great get away with an out of the ordinary experience, you have to check out this condo. Most condos have a qualified nice view out the window. This condo however, has a set of stairs that take you to a roof top panoramic view of the ocean, bay and surrounding city. If you like sitting on top of a 15 story roof top patio, with a glass of wine and cheese, while looking at the stars and listening to the ocean, then you have found the right place. Kathy is extremely easy to work with and she truly cares about your beach visit.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway
