condo rental amenities
Built in 1958, the building, along with others in the area, have a "retro" feel. It's 3 blocks from the famous Valley Ho Hotel where Natalie Wood & Robert Wagner got married. Recently renovated as well, it has maintained it's retro design.
The area is bustling with things to do night and day. Old Town Scottsdale is eclectic. You'll find everything from high end art galleries to western themed cowboy bars. There are so many good restaurants to choose from you could probably make the rounds without eating at the same one twice. The Scottsdale Center of the Perforrning Arts is close by as is Fashion Square Mall with Nordstroms and Neiman Marcus. Movie theaters, both mainstream and artsy are nearby as well. There's plenty to do and see: Nightclubs, the Farmer's Market, Art Walks, a Free Trolley, the Singing Cowboy who rides around on his horse Dusty, The Sugar Bowl, an old fashioned ice cream/soda shop featured in Bob Keane's (the cartoonist) comic strip Family Circus, The Little Red Schoolhouse (Scottsdale historic museum), the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art, Scottsdale Library, Spas, Fashion Week, Scottsdale Stadium and more. And this is just in the immediate area.
Want more? Scottsdale Bike Path & horseback riding, Hiking trails in the McDowell Mountain Sonoran Preserve, just 20 minutes away. Tempe Town Lake (ASU is in Tempe) just 15 minutes away. Casinos, 10 minutes away, golf courses all over. Frank Lloyd Wright house & school, 20 minutes away. Sedona is about 2 hours, the Grand Canyon about 4.5
