Vacation Rental Description

New 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, first season renting.  Located at  
E. Orchid Rd and Ocean Ave, steps from the beach.  Condo has  
pool and elevator on the premises.  Includes 2 parking spaces and  
storage space on ground level for all beach gear. For your  
convenience we have provide beach chairs, wheeled cooler and boogie  
boards.   TV's with cable in every bedroom.  37 inch Flat Screen HD  
TV in Living Room.  Relax sitting in the balcony with great views of  
the ocean. Washer and Dryer in Condo for your convenience.  Two  
bedrooms consist of queen beds, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.  One  
queen size pull out bed in the living room.  Fully equiped kitchen  
with granite counter tops.  All you need to bring is your bedsheets  
and towels.   
 
  Sheets at provided for every bed if you prefer.  However, you must  
wash and dry them and place them back in the same place before you  
leave. 
 
Weekly rentals in season, off-season rates available.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rental Fees 
$1400 per week starting May 24th ending June 28th 
$2100 per week June 28th to August 30th 
$1900 per week August 30th thru September 20th 
Call or e-mail for rates before or after time listed. 
Weekends available avter Labor day.   
 
In addition, there is a $90 cleaning fee.
