This beautiful and tastefully decorated two-bedroom condominium is
located in Saint Augustine Beach just minutes from historic downtown
Saint Augustine and includes all the comforts of home. This unit is
on the second floor with elevator access and faces south to enjoy
the sun all year round! Brand new laminate flooring installed Oct. 2010. There is a Jacuzzi unit with an enclosed courtyard and hot tub a short walk away. This unit is NON-SMOKING and NO PETS.
This condominium is professionally managed on site by St
Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort. You will have access to
everything the resort has to offer! These great amenities include 24-
hour/day security guard, main Olympic-size swimming pool with
vending machines, restrooms, and heated outdoor shower, a smaller
heated swimming pool with sun deck and four tennis and two
racquetball courts, outdoor grills, a clubhouse, shuffleboard,
fishing ponds, and two private boardwalks to the beach.
The fun just begins at the resort! There is still plenty to see and
do. The beach is great for swimming, sunning, building a sandcastle,
watching the sunrise, or taking a romantic stroll. Nearby downtown
