Oceanview Oasis in Esterillos Oeste

Cozy and private 3 bedroom, 2 bath home (sleeps up to 7), with ocean-views and breezes, only steps
from one of the most beautiful and clean cinnamon coloured sand beaches in Costa Rica, which
features world-class surfing, side by side with romatic coves and tide pools which are safe for even
small children, and miles and miles of untouched protected shore with abundant wildlife.

Very comfortable, and handsomely furnished and fully equipped, with large, well equipped kitchen
with marble and tile countertop, chef's dream 6 burner stove, large fridge, microwave, etc...
Wireless internet access, cable TV, full size washer and dryer, private pool, outdoor BBQ area,
garden with fruit trees, 2 car garage, weekly maid and gardener.
It's paradise with birds and parrots of every kind, including gorgeous Scarlet Macaws which fly
directly overhead just about every day. It's also not uncommon to see toucans, sloth, monkeys and
other wild animals.

Extremely well located, we are a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, and buses.

Surfing is the activity of choice around here, but there are miles of uncrowded beaches for walking
and swimming, and there are local fishermen who will take you out for as little as $150 per day to
catch a boatful of fish, or maybe also catch sight of dolphins and whales among other things.

Within 20 minutes drive, you are in Jacó, home to banks, tour srvices, golf, deep sea fishing,
marina, large supermarkets, restaurants of every kind, and night life. Within an hour, you can be
visiting Manuel Antonio national park or Carrara national park, Canopy tours, and a multitude of
other tourist attractions and activities.

Low season (May 1 - Dec 15)  $650 per week (2 weeks minimum), or $2000 per month 

High season (Dec 15 - April 30)  $1050 per week

Xmas/New year week, and Easter week are $1400 per week
