"Ah My Blue Heaven" is conveniently located on the Gulf side near St. Joseph's Peninsula State Park 
on Tobago Dr.  Our 3 bedroom/2 bath beach front duplex has gorgeous views of the Gulf.  Relax in the 
den or enjoy your dinner in the dining room as you watch the dolphins play and the pelicans glide 
by.   Step out onto our covered deck and enjoy the shade as you kick back and forget about the rest 
of the world.  Or, better yet, just a few steps down to the beach to feel the sand between your toes 
and cool off in the ocean.  You will be sure to claim "Ah My Blue Heaven" as your new found 
paradise! 

Cape San Blas is one of the few beaches that continues to be pet friendly.  We welcome your pooch or 
kitty, with our prior approval (of course).  

Driving Directions:  Starting at US 98 in Port St. Joe, take US 98 east to where CR30A forks off to 
the right (approx. 2 miles).  Go approximately 7 miles to CR30E.  Take a right on CR30E and go 
approximately 5.7 miles and turn left on Tobago Drive. (Just past the “Trading Post” on the left.)  
Duplex at end of street, on the right - 193A Tobago Dr.

Weekly rentals are from Sat. to Sat.  Spring and summer nightly rates are available for last minute 
rentals only (within 2 weeks of arrival date). 

An $85.00 cleanup fee and a $100.00 refundable security deposit are required with each stay.  Rates 
are subject to 11% sales tax. 

Small pets are allowed only with prior approval.  Pet fees apply ... $50.00 per week for 1 pet, $75 
per week for 2 pets.  An additional $50 per pet will be added to your refundable $100 ecurity/damage 
deposit.   

We accept personal checks, money orders, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American 
Express.

***Deposit required to secure the rental (will be returned after cleanup).  The rental fee and 
cleanup fee are due two weeks prior to arrival.***
