Vacation Rental Description

This is not a cookie cutter villa.  This house was furnished with 
love and thought for us and for our seasonal renters.
It is a great condo,bright and cheerful and located in a quiet neighborhood in the town 
of Carefree.  You are an easy 2 block walk to Sundial Park.
Its Great!
We purchased the home in 2006 and have it newly furnished, painted 
and all new appliances.  Kitchen is brand new.  It is ready to share with Arizona visitors.
It is beautiful, sunny and bright and is a great property. 
It is located in the town of Carefree, close to shopping and restaurents. 
Just a 1 1/2 block walk to center of Carefree, post office, shopping 
and coffee shops.

It is a wonderful get away home. Nestled among the cactus in the 
Arizona foothills. Lovingly decorated with lots of attention to 
detail and vacation in mind. You will find this house filled with 
wonderful surprises like beautiful linens, soft thirsty towels, 
great dishes and glass wear, new appliances including an extra quiet 
dishwasher, electric range with glass top, stainless steel 
refrigerator and beautiful granite countertops. The living room has 
a gas fireplace and soft leather sectional for viewing TV, DVD's.

The condo has an east-facing patio, which opens to the desert, a 
private space for morning coffee and the paper. This bright airy 
condominium has two bedrooms and two master baths. Each bedroom has 
its own full bathroom and there is a den for reading. The washer and 
dryer are full size. There is an attached 1 car garage. The shared 
pool and hot tub is just a short stroll out the front door. The 
condo is located about 2 blocks from Carefree Sundial Plaza, with 
restaurants, quaint shops and events every weekend.

There are 6 golf courses within a few miles, tennis with optional 
membership, just up the hill. Take a short drive north to Scottsdale 
shopping and dining, yet in Carefree you do not have to put up with 
the city traffic. It is a real vacation property. Available for 
rental immediately.

Private patio with space to enjoy the desert, Washer, Dryer,
single attached garage, off street parking. Kitchen is remodeled with new appliances and granite 
countertops. Two new queen size beds, beautifully furnished living, dining and 
den,cable tv, dvd player, CD player shared hot tub and pool. 
Great cooks kitchen, all utnesils provided.  Refrigerator with ice 
maker, quiet dishwasher, electric stove, microwave. Gas grill out on 
the patio... All brand new.
Ground level,  Handicap accessable  no smoking

 $3000.00  per month high season, 
Availability: check our calendar...
Damage Deposit required,and an additional $100.00 will be added to 
each stay for cleaning charges.
Charges include all utilities. 
Pets negotiable, but we do NOT rent to smokers..
