Luxury stay at the award winning Orange Tree sub-division. 
 
This stunning luxury five-bedroom/four bathroom villa is located at  
the award winning resort of Orange Tree, which is a premier  
residential community with many facilities not normally associated  
with private villas. Awarded the bronze prize in the “Best Floridian  
House” category of the Homes Overseas magazine, Orange Tree is a  
peaceful location and yet has the advantage of being located on Hwy.  
27, which is close to the 192 with all its restaurants and  
facilities; Disney is only a 15-minute drive away. Publix, Winn Dixie  
and Wal Mart supermarkets are all within a 3 mile radius. 
 
For those who enjoy a more active lifestyle, Orange Tree has its own  
on-site facilities including tennis courts, basketball and a  
children’s play area.  In addition, there are over 20 golf courses  
within a 30-minute drive that will excite and challenge both pros and  
novices. 
 
Enjoy Florida in our beautifully decorated executive home, complete  
with an optionally heated, fully screened, pool and spa. This  
recently built, modern and well appointed villa has 5 bedrooms and 4  
full bathrooms, including 2 Master Queen Suites, each with private  
bathrooms and private access to the pool area. With the kids in mind,  
2 of the bedrooms are furnished with twin beds in each and share a  
full bathroom. The fifth double-size bedroom has its own bathroom  
adjacent. There is also a Queen-size sofa bed in the living room for  
those slightly larger families, so the villa comfortably accommodates  
10-12 people. 
 
Our villa has many upgrades designed to provide maximum comfort and  
convenience to our guests. It features ceramic tile floors throughout  
the living areas, so you will remain cool while the temperatures soar  
and you don’t have to worry about those occasional oops with drink  
and food!!! The carpeted bedrooms give the softness and comfort to  
feet that have spent the day walking the theme parks. Our fully- 
equipped kitchen complete with microwave, blender, coffee maker,  
kettle and dishwasher provides for a quick meal or a full-blown  
gourmet dinner. You don’t even need to pack clothes for every day of  
your stay as we have a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer  
and ironing facilities. The villa has central heating and air  
conditioning in all the rooms, so you will always be comfortable  
whatever the weather. 
 
Relax in our living room where you can enjoy the large screen TV, DVD  
and CD player while you lounge on the queen-size sofa, love seat or  
armchair. With so many cable channels to choose from, we’ve provided  
a portable TV/DVD player that can be plugged into any of the bedrooms  
for those moments when you just can’t agree on the kids channels or  
news/documentary channels!! 
 
Our villa is located on a “Premium” plot. Relax in our pool and spa  
after a day out at the parks. Alfresco style dining is a must in our  
covered lanai (covered patio) complete with its deluxe patio  
furniture and safety screen for the kids. The lanai, pool and spa  
area is all enclosed in a fine mesh screen to keep out those unwanted  
creepy crawlies. The villa backs on to a small lake, so we don’t need  
a 6ft sun-blocking fence to provide you with privacy. 
 
We have an on-site management company who will attend to any problems  
should they arise, 24 hours a day.  Information packs are available  
at the villa on excursions, attractions, shopping, golf and dining out
