Vacation Rental Description

Two Bedroom single family home. Queen size bed in the master bedroom  
and two twin beds in the second bedroom with a second TV. Living room with fireplace,  
Large dining area. 
 Private enclosed three season porch with a double  
futon. Window air conditioners to keep the house cool on the muggy days.  
Fenced back yard patio area with gas grill and yard furniture. 
 This home is very clean, cozy and nicely furnished. You can hear the  
surf and smell the ocean and a short walk brings you to the beach.  
There are restaurants, package store and a variety store within walking distance 
Parking for visitors not a problem. Our goal is to make your vacation 
enjoyable by providing a clean and comfortable home to stay in. We always 
have an extra bottle of propane gas by the grill to prevent a prolonged  
meal. 
  
We own the homes we rent and live nearby and are available if you need 
something for the house you are staying in.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV, Dvd player, Vcr Player, Internet, telephone, Gas grill, A/C window units,  
fans, 
microwave, toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender, 
bedding, bath linens and laundry room with washer and dryer. 
Beach towels and Beach chairs included. 
 
I have a crib and a high chair available. Please reserve for the house you 
are renting if they would be helpful for your stay.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, biking, nature walks, fishing, bird watching, nature walks, 
and bike riding are enjoyed on Plum Island and at the Parker River 
Wildlife Reservation.   
Plum Island airport offers plane rids to view the Island and 
neighboring areas. Evening Dinner  
cruises with life music leave from Plum Island Point and from 
Newburyport's boardwalk. 
Deep sea fishing and surf fishing are very popular on this vacation 
Island. 
 
Newburyport is only a couple of miles away with great shops, art 
galleries, restaurants, special summer events. A boardwalk along the 
Merrimack River, harbor tours, whale watching and more. 
Take the train into Boston to spend the day, Visit historic  
Portsmouth, N.H. Take a ride to Kittery, Maine and shop at the  
outlet stores. Or just spend your days relaxing on Plum Island with our  
miles of beach front and beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer rates are $1,250 per week from June 27, 2009 
 through September 12, 2009 
June and September $975.00 per week
