Vacation Rental Description

Your lovely fully furnished home is located just blocks from Lake  
Como with lake rights.  This sophisticated yet comfortable year- 
round, two stories offer all the amenities of home with the 1+ acres  
of land giving you the feel of seclusion and relaxation, but  
activity by the lake is only moments away.  You can grill and enjoy  
your favorite beverage on the oversized deck, take advantage of the  
fully equipped kitchen or walk across the lawn to one of the  
community's best restaurants.  Friday fish fry's are a way of life  
in WI and the small town feel and great fish draws crowds each week  
at Freddy's West End.  Live outdoor music is the fare for Sunday's  
at Kirsch's - come by boat or car.  Mar's Resort is known for its  
ribs, friendliness, piano bar and conversation at the wrap-around  
bar.  The championship golf courses at Geneva National are minutes  
away as well as many other courses in the area.  Play your music in  
surround sound or enjoy quiet time under the stars from either the  
1st floor deck or the large bedroom balcony.  Take a sweet summer  
nap or read in the hammock by day, and roast marshmallows in the  
open fire pit by night.  You can have it all - relax or full speed  
ahead! The heart of historic Lake Geneva with all of its quaintness  
and activity is 10 minutes away.  The area is a spendor of color on  
the hills during fall, snow skiing, ice boating, ice fishing and  
snowmobiling by winter.  Then there's always hunting season too..   
The home is perfect for families, couples, girl's or guy's get-away,  
and small groups of friends in general.

futon. 1 oversized bathroom with whirlpool tub. Gas-start wood  
burning fireplace, air conditioning, 3 televisions (basic cable),  
DVD/VCR/CD, surround sound, wireless internet connection, 
gas BBQ grill, access to pier, fully equipped kitchen, 2 decks, 
fire pit, hammock, linens provided.

wave runners, fantastic or casual dining, theater (live and movie),

$500.00 refundable deposit is due upon booking.  Balance due 30 days
