Welcome to our villa named THE PRIDE on the Prestigious Development  
called Orange Tree on Highway 27 just 2 miles North of the US192 &  
only 15 minutes from DISNEY. 
 
THE PRIDE is an Executive 5 Bedroom 3 Bathroom villa with its own  
Games Room & 28x16ft Pool. Stay at THE PRIDE & you will enjoy Total  
Privacy as our Backyard/Garden has been completely Fenced all around  
so you can Swim, Sunbathe & Dine al-fresco without being overlooked.  
Ideal if you have children with you, they can play out & no need to  
worry.So if you are looking for that somewhere special to stay  
whilst enjoying a Magical Fun Time at Disney then LOOK NO FURTHER 
Everthing is here to make your stay as Comfortable,Enjoyable &  
Memorable as possible. 
 
 
Enter THE PRIDE & you will step into the first of our Two Living  
areas The FORMAL LIVING ROOM this room overlooks the pool, all of  
the villa has ceramic tile with the exception of the Bedrooms it has  
been furnished to a high standard with comfort in mind somewhere  
nice to sit & relax  with a drink & discuss the events of the day at  
the Theme Parks. This room has a Queen sleeper sofa in it, enabling  
the villa to sleep up to 12 people if required. 
 
Next you come to the FAMILY ROOM patio doors lead out from here onto  
the Lanai/Patio & Pool. This room is Light & airy with plenty of  
comfortable LuxuriousLeather seating, enjoy the 42" Flat Screen with  
cable T.V with  
DVD/VCR or listen to some music on the CD system. A selection of  
CD's are provided for your use.We also have a selection of Books for  
you to read. We also have a PLAYSTATION 2 with Games for your  
enjoyment & for  
those of you that might need to bring your Laptops with you for  
business or even pleasure then we provide HIGH SPEED INTERNET  
ACCESS & also WIRELESS Internet all FREE of charge. 
 
The KITCHEN & LAUNDRY rooms come fully equipped with all the  
amenities need for your stay Cooker, Fridge/Freezer with ice-maker  
Dishwasher, Microwave, Blender,Juice maker,waste Disposal,Washer &  
dryer,Ironing Board & Iron plus a clothes airer. 
There is plenty of crockery, Cookware & Glasses in case you want to  
dine in.  
We also have a BREAKFAST BAR & DINING area patio doors lead out from  
here onto the Patio/Lanai here you will find a large patio Dining  
set so you can dine al-fresco so make good use of the Florida  
weather,we have had our Garden/Backyard fenced to give absolute  
privacy so you can dine without being stared at. 
 
We have 5 Bedrooms the first is the KING MASTER EN-SUITE this room  
has access to the pool it also has a King-size American Bed a 27"  
cable T.V with dvd/vcr,Clock-Radio & Telephone. The en-suite  
consists of  a large  
Bath tub,Large walk-in shower,his n hers vanity units & toilet. Also  
a walk-in closet with a fitted Electronic safe for your valuables. 
Next is the QUEEN MASTER EN-SUITE this room also has access to the  
pool, fitted wardrobes & cable T.V, clock-radio & a Queen size  
bed.The en-suite has a large double shower, vanity unit & toilet. 
There are 3 Further bedrooms which are 1 DOUBLE room & 2 TWIN rooms  
these all have cable T.V, clock-radios & fitted wardrobes. These  
rooms share the third Full bathroom with toilet, Bath,Vanity unit &  
Shower. 
 
Step outside onto the LANAI/PATIO we are South-West facing so we  
have sun all day long there is a 28X16ft Roman Grecian style pool  
with steps leading into it making easy access for young children &  
the elderly. There is plenty of Pool furniture to lay on & sunbathe  
& the whole  Pool & Lanai/Patio is screened for your comfort to stop  
those mosquitos etc from getting in. The pool also has a child  
safety fence around it which can be removed this is to protect the  
little ones from getting in if you are not around. We have a Large  
Patio Dining table & chairs so you can dine al-fresco there is also  
a barbque for your use. Part of the Lanai is covered to protect you  
from the sun if you need to cool off This has cooling ceiling fans  
on  
it. The whole Pool & Lanai/Patio can be illuminated at night ideal  
for those midnight swims.Also if you have children with you no need  
to worry as our Garden/Backyard is fenced they can kick a ball  
around or play Tennis etc in safety. 
 
 
Our GAMES ROOM has an 8ft Pool Table with a slate Bed we also have a  
Darts Board & an Electronic Shoot the Hoop.  
Plus we have Tennis Racquets for the on-site Tennis courts & a  
selection of Toys,Games & Pool Toys for your enjoyment. 
 
All Linen & Towels are provided plus FREE Local telephone calls we  
also have 2 Highchairs & 2 baby cots & a stroller if you have  
infants with you. 
 
 
THE PRIDE is Fully air-conditioned & Fully Alarmed throughout for  
your comfort & safety. We have a local friendly management team on  
hand 24hrs 7 days a week. 
Our Management companies homes have been awarded with Triple AAA

the American Tourist & Travel Industry.

homes abroad award it has its own conservation area and is set  
amongst orange groves so you can pick your own Oranges.It has a  
childrens playground,Football pitch,Tennis Courts & Basketball court. 
We are surrounded by many excellent Golf courses all of which you  
can play on. Local shops and takeaways are only 2 mins away & we are  
easily situated for the US 192 & the I-4 these roads take you to all  
the major attractions. Also Lake Louisa State park is within a 5  
minute car ride here you can swim,go Boating & Fishing & walk in the  
countryside.

within 8 weeks then whole balance is payable at time of booking. 
REFUNDABLE Security/Damage deposit of £200/$300 payable with Balance  
Refunded to you 3 weeks after your departure from the villa after  
a satisfactory villa inspection by our management company 
 
All Prices INCLUDE State & Local Tax of 12%. 
NO Minimum Stay but stays of 5 Nights or less Will incur a cleaning  
charge of $70.

Late Check outs can be arranged for a nominal fee if no guests are  
to arrive the same day.
