"Sundowners" is a 3 bed HEATED POOL home in South Sarasota.The villa is very spacious,well fenced for privacy,on quiet dead end  st. Fully air conditioned & ceiling fans in every room.                                     FREE BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION...                                                 The master bedroom has, King size bed,TV,BATH....                                    There is a  Queen bed in the second bedroom.  The third bedroom has two Twin beds .Cot & childs bed available.                                                                                                                                                        The kitchen is a fully equipped, everything you expect in a home. Full 4 ring stove,microwave,toaster,coffeemaker,Breakfast bar,dishwasher.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                In the family roonm there is a flat screen 42" TV. DVD, IPOD connection & plenty seating for all the family.Washer/Dryer in the garage, iron & ironing board. All linen, towels, hairdryers are provided. 
Large patio,spacious private caged pool is heated by a heat pump giving constant heat, unlike solar panels and there is no extra charge for this. Plenty of pool side furniture,sunbeds, and gas BBQ, beach chairs,umbrella. 
The accommodation is for a maximum of eight guests.

Rates for 2011 Our 3 bed pool villa is from $1050 per week, for 2 guests. $1100 4 guests, $1150 6 guests.Rates in #£ can be quoted on request.Our prices include all local taxes,pool heating,all linen,
towels. Cleaning fee $100.for 1 week bookings -  2 week + bookings  no cleaning fee!
