Our town home has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and is completely ready
to move in and relax! We have everything that one would need-sheets,
towels, dishes, etc. Our home is not a rental only. It is our
vacation home, so it is stocked very nicely for us and our guests.
We have A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee pot,coffee grinder
full kitchen & wireless internet hook-up.
Molasses Reef Marina is located in our complex.
Our complex is great for families with children of all ages.
Some of the benefits of being in a condo community are that you are
not STUCK together all the time. There is so much space to spread
out. We have a large chickee complete with lights and ceiling fans
many families have dinner there or play cards etc. We have a
children�s playground, tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, salt water
swimming lagoon that goes up and down with the tide, a beach (which
is rare in the Keys), a jetty that everyone meets at sunset to watch
the sun go down, and the Marina. Plus we are right off molasses reef
so it is great fishing.

This 4 bedroom 3 bath Town home is newly remodeled and professionally
decorated.
It is located in the P building affording you views from the rear
balconies overlooking the saltwater Lagoon loaded with Tropical
fish.
There are TV's in every room. Our home comes equipped with
all cooking and eating utensils , Linens, Barbecue grill, full size
washer and dryer and dishwasher & wireless internet hook-up . Just
bring your
sunscreen!

Molasses Reef Marina on site (5 1/2' depth at low tide), free use of
boat ramp & trailer storage, Fishing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving,
Sailing, Boat & Water sports Rentals nearby including: Jet Skiing,
Canoing, Kayaking, Par-a-sailing, and Windsurfing. Biking, Tennis
courts (2 lighted), Wildlife Viewing, Shopping, Sightseeing, many
restaurants serving local seafood. Located a few minutes away (2
miles) is famous John Pennekamp State Park and 1/4 mile away
(walking distance) is Dolphin Plus Center where you can swim with
dolphins. A grocery store, pharmacy, banks, restaurants and video
rental store are all within a mile.

$1,600-$2,200 per week. $3,500-$5,000 per month, for 6 people, each
additional person will be $100. 12.5% tax. $125 cleaning fee per
rental. Weeks with a Holiday or Lobster Season may be higher. $1,000 deposit to hold your dates, this turns into your security deposit once you arrive to our home.
