South West lake & golf views.

It features a 35' wide screened lanai/pool/deck which is ideal for
swimming or just lazing around watching the plentiful lakeside
wildlife and golfers struggling to tame the tricky 5th hole of
lovely Stoneybrook Golf Club.

It has full air conditioning / heating, is spacious & airy and
features many upgrades.

There is a large central lounge / fully fitted open
kitchen with breakfast area, dining area, den, laundry room
(washer and dryer) and 2 car automatic garage.

High grade carpets and tiles have been used throughout.

playing and has plenty of wildlife to look at if all else fails !
Stoneybrook Golf Course - you're on it, the villa overlooks a lake
and the challenging 5th hole. A real test of golf played through
mature 'Preserve' landscape, lakes and ponds.
River Strand - Within the Heritage Harbour development. This semi
private club was opened in the last year and is receiving great
reviews. No surprises.... plenty of water!
The Links at Greenfield Plantation - a good public course just down
the road with open fairways but plenty of water / out of bounds.
Waterlefe - an absolute must ! It really is a challenge for all
levels of golfers offering 5 sets of tees. There are some
unforgettable holes carved alongside the scenic Manatee River.
SHOPPING
Choice of supermarkets within minutes. Ellenton Designer Oulets
just across Manatee River whilst fine shops, sidewalks and
restaurants within easy driving distance at St Armands Circle.
